Voting disputes: A perfect storm in Ohio and Florida?

The LA Times reports that legal fights already have erupted over early voting in Ohio and Florida, and storm damage poses challenges in New York and New Jersey.

Republican Governors in both Ohio and Florida are trying their best to disqualify early voter ballots.

So far, the legal challenges have been coming down on the side of the voters, but the challenges will continue well past November 6th.  Is this what voting has come down to? - It's like a 3rd world country.

If we have anything to learn from this election cycle, is that the voting process needs reform.
